RENT A CAR – RENTAL CONDITIONS

• RENTER’S AND DRIVER’S AGE: The minimum age limit is 21 years.
• DRIVER’S LICENCE: It must be issued 12 months prior to rental.
• INSURANCE: 
  The client shall be liable for the full value of damage to Prince rent a car, up to the amount set in the current valid tarrif (per car group rented). However, the client is dispensed with the obligation to pay the above mentioned amount provided that he pays an additional CDW daily charge, as specified in the current tarrif, in line with the terms and conditions. The said terms and conditions do not apply in case damages are due to either violation of the Greek Tarrif code provisions or breach of any term set at the aggreement. Should any damage be caused to “Prince rent a car” vehicle, the client is charged with the non Waiverable responsibility amount agreed. Acceptance of this subsidiary agreement is evidenced solely by Client’s and “Prince rent a car” representative’s signature on the contract. Any damage on tires, windshield, windows and underneath the car are not covered by (C.D.W) insurance.
• PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER
  The insured customer by initiating the contract agrees to pay an additional fee per day in accordance with the current tariff, and hearby accepts the terms of the open Personal Accident Policy arranged by lessor for its clientele. the coverage is summarized in a special leaflet.
• THEFT PROTECTION: The insured client by checking the appropriate box on the contract, agrees to pay an additional fee per day, to valve his responsibility from theft or loss of the vehicle, in accordance with the current tariff and the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
• GASOLINE: The renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental.
• SHIPPING OF CARS: It is only allowed if PRINCE authorises in writing.
• TRAFFIC FINES: Traffic fines and consequential administration penalties resulting from violations of the Driving Code, are paid by the renter.

NO INSURANCE COVERS:

• Any mishappening resulting from alcohol or drug abuse.
• Damages caused to the vehicle because of off road driving.
• Theft or damage of any personal belongings while in the PRINCE car.

The cars we rent are of excellent quality with all the necessary accessories for your better and safer driving. We provide insurance and vehicle company MINETTA (Anonymous Greek General Insurance Company) which provides basic coverage, damage to third parties and passengers per victim – damage third – accident care – damage to property by an uninsured vehicle – legal aid. Attention in case of an accident where our customer is liable for the damage the vehicles of our company pays for itself and for the damage caused to third parties are covered by the insurance company MINETTA.

If the customer wants a CDW full house paying extra 10 euros extra a day, then a probability of destruction of our vehicle the customer pays only the first 700 euros.
